- 60 Days or More Before Departure: If a cancellation is made 60 or more days prior to the tour start date, a refund of any payments made (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.
- 30 to 59 Days Before Departure: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days prior to the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
- Less than 30 Days Before Departure: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your spot to another traveler if you notify us in writing.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A 60% deposit is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. This deposit helps cover initial arrangements and reservations.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, such as flight cancellations or medical emergencies, as we are unable to provide refunds for these situations.
